Very easy to add them to Facebook now. Just click the "share" button on bottom right corner. Select Facebook and "Post to profile"... Here's a sample of what it looks like on your wall and in your friends' streams...

Try this- says "share listings with friends"

It should automatically (if you don't have news feed turned off) do a news feed
